Coming 2 WDW in Oct & I just bkd the Pirates & Pals cruise for 8 of us. Is it Peter Pan or Tinkerbell that awaits us on the dock? Also, I've read that depending on the side of the boat u r on u may have a canopy & railing in your view-what si

    Hi Sue!!!

I loved doing the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage on a recent Walt Disney World Vacation!!  It was such a fun experience with great snacks, wonderful character interactions, and a MAGICal view of Wishes!!!

Peter Pan is who will greet you back at the dock when your cruise is complete.  You will have an opportunity for a meet and greet with Peter Pan once you get off the boat.  You also have a meet and greet opportunity with Captain Hook and Mr. Smee inside the Contemporary Resort before the cruise begins.

Based on the cruise we were on (and by looking at the picture on the website above), you will want to be on the left, or port, side of the boat.  We were on the left side and didn't have the canopy in our way.  There is a small plexiglass panel that small children may not be able to see over and may have to be held higher or stand to see over.  The rest of our party were on the right side of the boat and they didn't say anything about the canopy being in their view of Wishes.

I hope this has helped answer your questions about the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage!!!

    Have a magical vacation!!

    Scott
