Hi, Diane! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
For the first time in forever (at least it certainly seems that long),
Walt Disney World Resort will open up its gates and begin
welcoming Guests back to a world of magic. To protect the health and safety of Guests and Cast Members, things may look a little different as we visit Walt Disney World Resort in the near future. However, as we all travel
into the unknown together, I have no doubt that our vacations can still be magical and memorable.
When the Walt Disney World theme parks begin welcoming Guests
in summer, it is important to note that during this initial reopening period,
some special events, tours, and other experiences may be modified, limited in capacity, or unavailable in order to promote physical distancing. Many of the experiences that are part of the
Enchanting Extras Collection, including
Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour will be temporarily unavailable when Walt Disney World Resort reopens. Unfortunately, we currently do not have any information about when Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour will resume.
Diane, I would recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and the
operational updates page on the Walt Disney World website for all of the latest news and announcements. I know it can be difficult to
let it go when you have your heart set on a specific experience like Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour. Even if this tour is still unavailable in November, I'm sure you'll be able to find some other ways to make your upcoming trip special. However, if you decide that it would be better to postpone your trip, you can call the
Help Center and a friendly Cast Member can discuss all of your options with you.
Love is an open door, and our door is always open to you here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please visit us again if you have any additional questions.
Warm hugs!
Samantha
