We will be coming to WDW in mid-July. We always stay at Fort Wilderness Campground. I have noticed that there are all sorts of special offers ($ gift cards, etc) when staying at the resorts, but I have seen no incentive for the campground. Can you advise?

    Elizabeth:

Like you, my family has been waiting for an incentive offer for Fort Wilderness now for years!

You'll find that most of the incentives for the resorts are available for the cabins, but not the campground. I don't have any official information but my guess is that the campground is pretty popular without Disney having to extend any special offers.

Your best bet on getting a discount on a campsite in addition to Disney's Value Season, is to inquire about the AAA discount on camp sites. These slots are booked quickly, but do offer an additional savings over the regular rate.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
