We will be coming to WDW in middle of June '13 and bringing my daughters friend. I have figured ID card, insurance information and a letter giving permission to have her with us but what else should I have? Thanks for the help.

    Hi Ben.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
It sounds like your daughter and her friend are getting ready to have a magical time together! What a fun trip you have ahead of you.

My daughter's friend once travelled alone by plane to meet up with my daughter and our family at Walt Disney World. We made sure she had basically what you listed: her ID (in our case - Passport as we travel from Canada), her health insurance information and a letter from her parents allowing her permission to be travelling with us.

There was nothing 'extra' required of us at Walt Disney World at the resort hotel or to enter the parks. If you are travelling from outside the USA, be sure to check with your own country's requirements for travelling abroad with a minor and check the US government's website to see if there's anything special required to enter the USA.

If you have additional questions, please feel free to write back any time. I'd be happy to assist you further in any way that I can.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World Ben!
