We are coming to WDW in May. I am wondering where is there a good spot to see the Fireworks that are shot off at the Magic Kingdom without entering the park? I made a reservation for California Grille but I am hoping there is a better option for the kids.

    Hello Maryanne,

One of my favorite places to watch Wishes outside of the Magic Kingdom is from the beach at the Polynesian Resort. It's a great way to end the evening after having dinner at 'Ohana. By the way, 'Ohana does pipe in the music from the fireworks show and will dim the lights so you can watch from your table during dinner so it's another great spot from which to watch the show!

But I think your choice of California Grill is fantastic too. Not only can you watch from inside the restaurant but you have the choice of watching from the Observation Deck. And wow, it's quite a spectacular view!

Hope this helps. Enjoy your trip!
