We are coming to WDW on May 30 - June 3rd- Just me and hubby! And again with kids In Feb 2014. We have dining plan added to May trip but what is Table in Wonderland card? Should I have not gotten dining plan and done card instead? Getting AP for both of us

    Hi Kelly,

Wow, two Disney vacations in a year! I'm a bit envious. I hope you have a wonderful time, traveling with just your husband will be a special experience. Enjoy every moment!

Tables in Wonderland offered to Annual Passholders. The benefits included 20% discount on all food and beverages (including alcohol) at participating restaurants. People have done cost analysis to determine which program is a better deal. Overall, the savings difference is negligible. You won't be kicking yourself for getting the Dining Plan.

If you tend to order appetizers and specialty drinks when you dine, it may be beneficial to have both. You can use it in conjunction with the Dining Plan to receive discounts on any additional items that are not included in the plan.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation (or two)!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
