    We are coming to WDW in May 2012 (my husband, myself, my mom, and our two sons, 6 & 1 1/2). We want to stay at the Contemporary as it seems so awesome. We are thinking of staying 5-6 days instead of 7-8 to save money. What are the must-dos for this

    Hi Ashley,

    The Contemporary was the first Walt Disney World that we ever stayed at and we loved it!

    First, you have to eat at Chef Mickey's, your kids will love it! Your boys will be talking about eating with Mickey and Pals for months!

    There are quite a few activities for your kids.  They will love the pools, and the beach!
    Other must do's:
    -electrical water pagent, each evening at 10:10pm
    -pirates and pals fireworks voyage


    I'm not sure if you wanted to stay at The Contemporary or Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary--which is a fantastic resort with lots of activities as well.

    To be right on the monorail line makes getting around Walt Disney World quick and easy.

    You and your family will have a fantastic time!
