We are coming to wdw in March and have purchased a 3 day hopper pass. Since we will be arriving during an afternoon and leaving during one we are wondering if the passes work on a 24 hour basis or by the date? We want to eat dinner at a park upon arrival.

    Hi Thomas!
Wow, it must be exciting that your trip to Walt Disney World is coming up so soon!  The Park Hopper Tickets enable you to go into as many Walt Disney World Theme Parks as you want in one calendar day.  I have visited three of the four Theme Parks in Walt Disney World in the same day before and I know of people who have done all four Theme Parks in one day too.  It would not matter whether you used a ticket to get into a Park for one hour or the whole day, that ticket has been used up and does not carry over into the next day, even if it has the Park Hopper option.

If you are staying at Walt Disney World for four days, but only have a three day ticket and are concerned about not getting a full day's worth of fun out of your tickets, you can always dine at a restaurant in one of the Walt Disney World Resorts.  By dining at a restaurant in a Resort, you can avoid entering a Theme Park and using one of your days on your tickets.  I use this strategy on my arrival days to avoid using up a Park ticket and it works great.  Also there are incredible restaurants to experience and discover inside all of the Walt Disney World Resorts!  Click here for information on the wonderful restaurants in Walt Disney World!

I hope that you have some incredible dining experiences at Walt Disney World during your next trip!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
