We are coming to WDW later this year and will be staying at Old Key West, we want to make room requests but I can only find phone numbers to ring as this will be expensive to ring from the UK is there an address that we can email the resort on? Thanks.

    Hi Amy,

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I found a few options for you to make your room requests without the expense of the international call from the UK.  First, if you do online check in, there is an option to make room requests when you do online check in.  I suggest that you take advantage of online check in and indicate your request there.

I checked with my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelists Emma and Jane, who are from the UK.  They had some great ideas.  You can call the Walt Disney Travel Company in the UK at 0800 16 90 730.  They should be able to assist you in getting your call to the proper place to make your room request.  You can also consider using a service such as Skype, which allows you to make international phone calls at low rates.

Another option, if you are a Disney Vacation Club member and booked your reservation through Disney Vacation Club, is to visit the Disney Vacation Club member website.  If you click "Help & Contact" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage, you will find a list of ways to contact Disney Vacation Club and to get help.  There is an envelope icon on the screen to e-mail Disney Vacation Club.  You could use this to inquire about your room request.  You also might find a chat icon on this screen, which looks like two speech bubbles.  You can use that icon to chat and make your room requests.

No matter which method you use, remember that while Disney will do their best to honor all requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Thanks to my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelists Jane and Emma for their help with this answer.  Have a great time planning your vacation, Amy, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
