coming to WDW June 18-21 - 4 adults, 3 kids, 5, 14 & 18. Will be visiting 1 park a day. Question about Wishes Fireworks...trying to decide between dessert party or pirate cruise?

Choosing Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage will provide your family with a great view of the fireworks, a fun experience, and yummy snacks. Choosing the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party will provide your family with a great view of the fireworks, a fun experience, and yummy snacks. There are however some differences between these two events.

Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage is a Character Experience with Never Land pirates. This voyage does not require park admission so you could sail any night even if you did not visit the Magic Kingdom that day. The view of the fireworks, from the Seven Seas Lagoon, is from a different vantage point than usual and if the Electric Water Pageant is running that evening you can see it also.

The Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party is held inside the Magic Kingdom. You have a sweet spot for viewing the fireworks as well as a bountiful buffet of sweets. If you want to experience Tinker Bell flying right above your head this is the event for you.

No matter which way you choose to watch Magic Kingdom's Wishes Nighttime Spectacular you will be happy. Enjoy!
