We're coming to WDW in January and have three children, the youngest will turn 6 just after our trip. I'm wondering if we might want to bring a stroller for him? We don't want to be hindered during the day with a stroller if we don't have to.

    Hello Sharon!

Before you know it, January will be here and you will be at Walt Disney World!  You and your family must be so excited.

Whether or not to have a stroller for your soon-to-be 6 year old is really a matter of preference for you.  I also have 3 children and by the time my youngest was 4, she was out of the stroller at the parks.  Because she was small for her age, we did occasionally rent one at Epcot Theme Park for her.  It is such a large park with lots and lots of walking.  Your decision should really be based on your son's energy level, stamina and size.  My youngest was also still napping at 5years of age, so she was able to snooze in the afternoons at Epcot as well.   If you decide that the stroller option is right for you, take a look at the rental strollers offered at Walt Disney World.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I wish you a truly magical vacation!
