We are coming to WDW in January for our honeymoon and are staying off property. Our first day we have an ADR for 840 at Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom. If we need a DAS is it possible to do get it before our ADR or do we have to backtrack after?

    Hi Jessica!

I know you are going to have a scrumptiously magical breakfast at The Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and his friends, but I completely understand wanting to be able to get DAS before going to breakfast so that you can make the most of your time at the Walt Disney World Resort!  You aren't going to want to waste one pixie-dusted second of your honeymoon!

Luckily, since Guest Relations opens one hour before the park, they should be open before you will need to get to your dining reservation!  This means that you should be able to speak to a Cast Member about getting DAS before heading over to The Crystal Palace!  You can do this at City Hall located just to your left once you enter Magic Kingdom Park!  If you have any questions or concerns, you can speak to any Cast Member once you arrive at the park, or you can contact Disability Services directly by calling them at 407-560-2547 or emailing them at disability.services@disneyparks.com.  Any Cast Member will be happy to assist you!  They want you to have a magical vacation, so they will do everything they can to make that happen!

While you are planning, make sure you check out all of the other services offered throughout the Walt Disney World Resort for Guests with Disabilities!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
