I will be coming to WDW with a group of about 20 next year. I need to plan well in advance. Can I book my reservations over a year before we will be arriving?

Hi Brenda! Wow, it sounds like you have a big job ahead of you planning for a Disney trip for 20. As you plan away please don't hesitate to ask us any questions that might come up. Don't get frustrated along the way but make it a fun experience full of excitement for all.

Walt Disney World has great benefits for those traveling with groups. For booking ten or more rooms you can use the Disney Group Getaway Department. They will assist you with your resort reservations which can include special pricing for a large group. They will also help you with dining, tickets at a group rate, FastPasses, and much more. If you are traveling with a youth group then you will work with the Disney Youth Program department. They can assist you with everything as well and if you wish to have something special for the youths during this trip they can help plan special classes or tours.

If you don't feel you will qualify for the ten plus rooms then you can call central reservations, 407-W-DISNEY, and make room reservations right now. It is never too early to start planning and getting your initial resort blocked in. At 180 days you can then begin making dining reservations but because you are looking at a large number you will need to call to do that.

Hope this helps and have fun starting your count down!
