Hi there, Deshal, and welcome to planDisney! It's wonderful that you're here with this great question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort holiday! You'll be arriving in just a couple of short days, and you must be so excited!
Deshal, you'll be happy to know that Walt Disney World Resort can often accommodate special dietary requests. When you visit a table service restaurant, quick-service restaurant, or even a snack cart, you should be able to request an ingredient list or ask a Cast Member about allergy-friendly and vegetarian options. This is also the case at special events like
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
This spooktacular event offers fun trick-or-treat locations throughout Magic Kingdom Park. Guests with dietary restrictions are encouraged to take advantage of the
Allergy-Friendly Experience. To do this, you'll pick up a teal-colored treat bag from a Cast Member and visit the trick-or-treat stations. Instead of receiving candy, you'll get a token that you can take back to the Allergy-Friendly Centers to redeem for special treats. You'll even be able to see an ingredient list to confirm the treats are safe for you. Check with a Cast Member to find out where to pick up your special treats!
When it comes to food, I recommend doing a bit of research ahead of time. Start with the
2025 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Foodie Guide to see if anything looks like it might be suitable. I haven't looked at the specific ingredient lists yet, but you might check out the DOLE Whip Mango and Chamoy Float, the Hot Honey Lemonade, the Magic Potion Slushy, and the Scary Ghost Slushy.
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe has a large portion of its menu dedicated to Egg Allergy-Friendly items, as does
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café. These items can be found on their menus, so check them out before you arrive.
When it comes to special events, I have a hard time stopping for food because there are so many unique things to see and do. Riding Space Mountain in the dark, listening to the Cadaver Dans, dancing along with the Sanderson Sisters, and getting a great spot for Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade are just a few items on my must-do list! With typically shorter queues for attractions, you might find that the party flies by before you even realize you're hungry (and this is coming from someone who loves to eat).
My best piece of advice is to have a large, late lunch before you head to the party. Arrive at Magic Kingdom in time to be ready to enter at 4:00 pm, and start taking advantage of all of the Halloween fun! Savor every moment!
Deshal, I hope this is helpful to you as you count down to your arrival. Please stop by planDisney with any other questions you have!
See ya real soon!
