Hello Moms! We are coming to WDW in February with a 13, 12 and 3yr old. I'm a little nervous about what to do when we get to the airport In Orlando. Can you explain the steps we have to take to get to the shuttle and how the luggage claim works?

Hi, Farrah!   The great thing about a Disney vacation is everything is taken care of for you!

Your preparation will begin at home.   Make sure you have signed up for the free Magical Express service that will take you from the airport to your Disney Resort.  (Call 866-599-0951 if you need to sign up.)   About 2 - 3 weeks prior to your vacation, you will receive a packet with your yellow luggage tags and transportation vouchers.   Mark each of your bags with a yellow luggage tag, and once you check them at your home airport, you will not see your bags again until they magically appear in your resort room (allow about 3 hours for your bags to arrive.)   Plan to have a carry-on bag with any medications and an extra set of clothes or other needs for your little one!

When you arrive at Orlando Airport, head to B SIDE - Level 1.   Follow the signs to Magical Express.   Present your transportation vouchers, and you will be directed to a queue where you will wait for the next available Motorcoach.   From there, you will board the Motorcoach, watch a fun "welcome" video, and before you know it you will be crossing into the beautiful Walt Disney World Resort!

Once at your resort, go to the check-in desk where a Cast Member will give you everything you will need for your magical vacation (room key, park tickets, dining credits, or anything you included when booking your vacation.)

I hope this helps!  It is all very easy and fun.   Wishing you and your kids a fantastic vacation!
