Coming to WDW in Feb. 2014 with 2 boys, ages 10 & 5, 1st time there. We can only come for 1 day, with possibly 2nights @ a hotel. Any recommendations? BTW, my hubby seems a bit nervous about the trip, so something easy would be ideal. Thanks!

    Hello Julie!

You must be so excited to be planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.  Given that you are planning a short trip, I would recommend that you visit the iconic Magic Kingdom Park.  Since your husband is a bit apprehensive, why not consider a resort close by?  Normally, I would recommend a resort on the Magic Kingdom Monorail Loop.   However, there is a bit of maintenance going on during the weekdays at the time of your visit.  Take a look at all of the Walt Disney World Resorts.  See what you would think about a stay at Disney's Wilderness Lodge or The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.  There are price categories to fit virtually any budget, and the ease of Disney Transportation will be a huge benefit from any resort on Disney Property.  Be sure to make as many preparations as you can in advance.  Via the link I provided you, you can see how to book dining, special experiences and more ahead of time.  I highly recommend that you do so.  Rest assured, you will have a wonderful time.  Enjoy, and please write back if I can help with any other questions!

Until then, I wish you a truly magical vacation!
