Hi, we are coming to WDW for a family holiday in March 2018. It will be my will-be 5 year old son's first visit. What is the best Character Dining option for dinner to meet the most characters? (Sad, he's not that in to Princesses yet!)

    Hello Nyssa!

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! First visits are always so magical and unforgettable.

For your little guy's first visit I recommend making reservations at Chef Mickey’s. This classic restaurant is located at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and it’s the perfect option for breakfast before a fun-filled day at Magic Kingdom Park. You will enjoy a delicious buffet meal in the company of Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald Duck, and Pluto. This is a great way to meet and greet many characters at once, so you get more time to enjoy other attractions once you are at the park.

Here are some other tips to make your first visit special:
    - Pick up at celebratory First Visit button at park entrance. Just ask any Cast Member, they will be happy to assist you.
    - How about taking the opportunity of your visit for a big boy haircut at Harmony Barber Shop? This will be an unforgettable experience for both you and your Mouseketeer.
    - Check out Disney’s Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones for more information and tips.
    - Stay at a Disney Resort hotel to be in the middle of the magic and have exclusive benefits.
    - Purchase Memory Maker to enjoy unlimited digital downloads of photos captured by Disney PhotoPass photographers.

I hope this helps you while planning! It was a pleasure answering your question, please come back real soon!

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
