We are coming to WDW Dec. 21 -26,09. I have read some books that say one of the slowest times to come is the week before X-mas and the busiest is X-mas thru New Years Day. Would our time be considered the part of the slowest or the busiest? Please help.

Hello Hollie!  I would say the first two weeks are less busy then the last two weeks of December.  I do think the week before Christmas is more manageable then the week after.  However, you will notice the crowds increase each day as you get closer to Christmas.  For your particular dates, you can expect December 24th-December 26th to be the most crowded.  I would recommend you get to the parks early on these days as it's quite common for the parks to reach capacity levels.

    Have a magical vacation!  Diane
