Hello Stacie,
We recently celebrated my daughter's birthday at Disney World too. So I can tell you first hand just how magical it really is. I think starting with breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table is a wonderful way to begin her day. Since you will be in the Magic Kingdom, have you considered getting Pixie Dust for her hair at
Harmony Barber Shop?
You mentioned the in-room celebrations but worried about cost. Did you know that the Dream Makers at Disney Florists can also do other arrangements not just in-room celebrations? I ordered for my daughter the
Happy Birthday with Mickey arrangement, which was delivered while we were out and about. She was so enthralled by it, she had nearly forgotten about the pool and other hotel amenities.
Another special thing you could do to commemorate her big day is to visit Design-A-Tee at Downtown Disney. Your daughter can personalize a t-shirt there, which is a great way to remember her birthday, even after your vacation is over.
And lastly make sure you stop at Guest Services to pick up a complimentary birthday button. You never know what surprises might be in store!
Hope this helps. And happy birthday to your Princess!
