Hey there, hi there, ho there, Kyle! You're as welcome as can be here at
planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by!
That's a really great question, especially with group trips like school choir visits, because reservations can be organized in a few different ways depending on how the trip was booked.
The answer honestly depends on the structure of the reservation itself. If all the rooms were booked together under one main reservation or travel organizer, then it's very possible that the group shares one overall reservation number with individual room assignments attached to it. On the other hand, if each room was booked separately, then each family or party would likely have its own unique reservation number.
The easiest way to find out is to check with the person or organization that coordinated the trip in the first place. They should be able to tell you exactly how the reservations were set up and whether your room has its own confirmation number or is tied into a larger group booking.
You can also absolutely call the
Walt Disney World help center directly. A Cast Member can usually look things up for you and explain how your reservation is organized, especially if you provide your name, travel dates, and the resort where your group is staying.
Kyle, a choir trip to
Walt Disney World sounds like such an incredible experience. I hope your daughter has an unforgettable time performing, making memories with her friends, and soaking in all the Disney magic along the way! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and more than happy to help here at planDisney!
Warm hugs,
