    Hi there coming to wdw to celebrate Xmas!! We want to go to the Xmas party at mk on dec 5th but worried bout buying tix early. What if it rains or whatever will they still do the snow and everything else? Or can we get a refund? Thanks

    Hello Stephanie!  Welcome back to the Moms Panel.  You are going to love being at Walt Disney World during the Christmas season!  There is just something so special about the festive atmosphere, and the decorations are always so incredible.  Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will take place on select nights, and it goes ahead rain or shine.  Unless there is threatening weather, like lightening, most activities will be a go, even if it rains.  Unfortunately, there are no refunds for tickets bought in advance, so you will have to take your chances.  Generally, the tickets for the party''s in early December do not sell out in advance, so you if you wanted to wait until you get there and see how the weather is before purchasing and committing to going, you could always do that.  I can't promise you that it won't sell out, but generally there are tickets available.

    I hope this helps with your decision.  Have a wonderful time at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, and be sure to catch at least one of the two Once Upon a Christmastime parades that will take place during the party - it's one of my favourite Disney parades!
