    Hi. We are coming to WDW April 6-13 for our first time. We are staying at ASSR and I was wondering how long we should allow to travel from the hotel to Chef Mickeys for a 5:00 pm reservation. Thanks so much.

    Hello Amanda.
    I'm absolutely delighted to know that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort for the very first time this coming April, you must be getting so excited.
    I'm assuming that you will be using the Disney Transportation Service to travel from Disney's All-Star Sports  Resort to your dinner reservation at Chef Mickey's; Disney Transportation buses generally run every 20 minutes, so as a rule of thumb my family always allows at least an hours travel time between Disney destinations.  Even if you are early it's nice to have a little walk around discovering new things and relaxing before your meal.
