We will be coming to Walt Disney World this March, staying at the Riviera Resort. I would like to make a small room request and wondering what is the best way to do that? Should I call the resort directly to make the request or with someone else?

    Bonjour, Michael!

A stay at Disney's Riviera Resort will have you feeling like you've been transported to the lap of European luxury from the first whiff of Double Espresso brewing at Le Petit Café. Found in the lobby, this charming coffee spot is only one of the many reasons I loved our stay at Disney's Riviera Resort.

Now, the rooms at this property are equally as enchanting as the lobby, so let's talk about accommodations and location. If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member and have booked your room through your Membership, you'll want to call Member Services to make your request. If you are staying at Disney's Riviera Resort as a cash guest, you'll call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and ask the Cast Member to make a note on your reservation.

Michael, recently wait times to call and speak with a Cast Member have been a bit longer than in the past, so I like to call from home using the speakerphone so that I can go about my day while on hold. I hope this helps as you're looking ahead to your spring vacation. If you have any additional questions, please come on back to planDisney.

    Au Revoir for now!
