Des from Northants Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I am coming from the UK in 2vweeks and cannot link our park tickets .We have a party of 7 the 2 kids tickets are assigned but 4 adults don't seemed to be assigned to individuals. Are they just linked to the main card holder?? very stressful :(

    Hello Des,

As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, I'm truly happy to be able to offer some pixie dusted assistance to you today!  Especially since your jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort is appEARing right around the corner in just a few short days' time - how hugely exciting for your whole party of 7 Mouseketeers!

Oh boy, Des!  Let's try and get everyone's Magic Tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account so that you'll all be able to go ahead and make some of those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations for your rapidly approaching Disney holiday.

As you will understand, I am unable to access your My Disney Experience account, therefore it's tricky for me to know for sure the status of everyone's Magic Tickets, and to whom they are all currently assigned.

However, I am able to take you through the process of linking Magic Tickets purchased via the Walt Disney Travel Company which would have arrived via email as eTicket Will Call vouchers.

To link Magic Tickets to My Disney Experience -

     - Log in to My Disney Experience via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)

To reassign Magic Tickets via My Disney Experience Mobile App -

     - Using your mobile phone or smart device, log in to your My Disney Experience Mobile App
     - In the bottom right of your screen, select the 3 horizontal lines icon
     - Select the tile for Tickets and Passes
     - Scroll along to view the Magic Tickets which are currently linked to your My Disney Experience account, and find which ticket you wish to Reassign by selecting the "blue person" icon
     - This opens a new page where you'll be able to scroll down the list of your already linked Family & Friends, and then choose which Guest you wish to reassign the ticket to.

Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie-dust you should now be all set Des!  If this is not the case and you're still having any difficulties at all, then my best suggestion would be for you to reach out to a Cast Member who can fully access your My Disney Experience account.

To connect with a knowledgeable Cast Member, please dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

All that now remains is for me to wish you and your whole party of 7 Guests, a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious holiday to the most magical place on earth!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
