    Hi! We are coming over from the UK shortly and staying at the Port Orleans French Quarter. I'd like to request a specific block/room if possible. When and who should I call? Thanks so much!

    Hi Claire,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is a beautiful Resort, you will not be disappointed with the views and ambience around the Resort.

    If you have a specific room request, you should call (407) 939-6244 and a Disney Agent will be happy to add your request to your reservation.  Please remember, that requests are not guaranteed, however Disney Cast Members will do everything they can to accommodate guest requests.  When I have a specific request, I like to call the resort itself a few weeks before I check in, just to confirm they do in fact have my request.  To reach both Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and Riverside the phone number is (407) 934-5000.
