Karen from Dorset Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I am coming from the UK with my family. Four of us. I have a disabled. Blue badge. . Do I still have to queue for everything in the parks with this badge?

A warm planDisney welcome to you, Karen! Thank you for visiting and bringing us your question.

You may be interested in the Disability Access Service (DAS) offered at the Disneyland Resort Theme Parks for eligible Guests. This is a service for Guests who, due to a developmental disability like autism or similar, are unable to wait in a conventional queue for an extended period. DAS doesn’t provide immediate access to experiences but allows Guests to request a return time for a specific experience comparable to the current standby wait at an attraction.

To register for DAS, you will visit the Accessibility Services window on the day of your visit, before entering the Theme Parks. A Cast Member will have an individual discussion about your particular concerns and to determine eligibility. If found eligible, you will participate in a registration process. The Guest requesting to use DAS must be present during registration and when redeeming a DAS return time. The maximum party size for DAS registration is 4 Guests: the registered DAS Guest and up to 3 additional party members.

If you are eligible for DAS, you can request your first return time from the Disneyland App after entering the park. You can also obtain return times directly from a Cast Member at any Guest Relations location or Accessibility Services window. DAS return times are valid until the park closes or an attraction closes for the day. A party can only hold one active DAS return time at once.

To prepare for your upcoming holiday, I recommend reading about the Services Available to Guests with Disabilities at the Disneyland Resort. If you have additional questions regarding DAS, you may also email disability.services@disneyland.com.

Karen, I hope this helps. We can't wait to have you and your family at the parks real soon. Wishing you the happiest visit!

    Your Pal,
    Alejandra
