    I have an up coming trip to Grand Californian in September and I purchased tickets with my hotel stay but I cant seem to be able to link them to my account. That also means I cant reserve my park days either

    I am so sorry you are having issues with your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets. Since you are only a couple of weeks away from your MAGICAL trip, we definitely want to make sure you are able to get your ticket problem resolved in order for you to make your Disneyland Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible!

    My first recommendation is to login to your My Disneyland Account and see if you can locate your tickets by clicking the Ticket and Reservations Details link. From there, you should be able to access your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets to then make your theme park reservations.

    If you are not able to locate your tickets, I would then call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. The great thing is that the Cast Member will be able to access your My Disneyland Account and resolve your matter very quickly.

    You have probably heard that the wait time to call the Disneyland Resort has been extremely long the past several months. Because I want to save you time, my recommendation is to call in the evening. From my experience, I have found that you will wait for a longer period of time if you call in the morning or afternoon.
