Coming to town June 5th. Want to book Disneyland for that 1 day. Is there a schedule of shows I.e fantastic, fireworks, parades, etc

Hi Debbie, welcome to planDisney! June will be a great time to visit the Disneyland Resort. The 70th Anniversary Celebration will be in full swing, and there will be so much to do and see!

While I appreciate planning ahead, Debbie, the Hours & Events Calendar hasn't yet been updated to include the entertainment schedules for June. You may want to check back next month to see exactly what will be lined up on June 5. That said, I can share some information that may help with your planning.

During this time of year, Fantasmic! and fireworks are typically scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. However, by June, the frequency of these shows may increase. Keep in mind that weather conditions and other factors can lead to shows being cancelled. If fireworks aren't on the schedule, there is still usually a projection show that can be viewed in various areas of the park, with my favorite being in front of "it's a small world." You can treat yourself to a meal and premium viewing for a specified show with one of the available dining packages

The Paint the Night parade and Wondrous Journeys nighttime spectacular are returning as part of the 70th Anniversary Celebration. I'm so excited to see both of these shows! Plaza Inn announced a Paint the Night dining package that you may want to consider. This package appears to be offered daily starting May 16, 2025, which suggests that the parade will occur nightly. We'll know for sure once the calendar is updated to reflect showtimes.

Debbie, if you are looking for another way to add an extra special touch to your June 5 visit, consider the Disneyland Railroad Guided Tour. The 90-minute experience is full of stories about Walt Disney's love of trains and how that passion helped shape Disneyland. My favorite part of this tour is riding in the special Presidential Car, the Lilly Belle.

While we wait for the Hours & Events Calendar to be updated, Debbie, take a look at the Disney Parks Blog to learn about all the fun that is coming to the Resort as part of the 70th Anniversary Celebration, including colorful decor, special outfits for Mickey and his pals, an interactive key experience, a new cavalcade, and so much more.

Debbie, I hope this has sprinkled some pixie dust on your planning efforts! Please let us know if you have any other questions about your upcoming Disneyland visit. We're always happy to help here at planDisney!

    Wishing you magic,
