Coming 1st time to WDW 2/11/12-2/17/12. 3 adults and 6yr old princess. planning MK on sunday. have parkhoppers. any scheduling suggestions for the other days. do we need a whole day at AK and HS? Want 1 day for Universal. Thank u in advance! we r novices!

    Hi Dina,

We're so happy you're hEAR & we'll be happy to help you every step of the way.

I see that you have park hopper tickets but I'm not sure how many days you have tickets for during your stay. I am also not sure if you have any Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs). If you do, that might alter my plan of action.

When traveling with younger kids, I always like to begin and end my trip at the Magic Kingdom so you've picked a good park to start with on Sunday. If you take advantage of the evening Extra Magic Hours (EMHs), you may want to sleep in a bit on Monday so that you don't get too worn out.

On Monday, I'd go to Disney's Hollywood Studios (DHS).  We love this park and always spend a full day there. You can catch the 7 p.m. performance of Fantasmic! and stay for evening EMHs from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.  Be sure to check out the Disney Junior Dance Party during EMHs.

On Tuesday, I'd start at Disney's Animal Kingdom and then head over to Epcot. You can catch the 9 p.m. performance of IllumiNations that evening.

On Wednesday, I'd head over to Universal (if you think you absolutely have to - LOL!).

Thursday, I'd start at whichever park you didn't get to do something or possibly want to experience again.  Then I'd finish off my day and trip at the Magic Kingdom.

Please feel free to visit us as often as you'd like during your planning.  We're thrilled to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
