Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Rachel. I'm so glad you stopped by! It looks like you'll be visiting Magic Kingdom Park in just a few days. How very merry!
Watching the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade is a precious holiday tradition for my family. I always look forward to all of us gathering together in the living room and enjoying this can't-miss ABC special after we've unwrapped all the gifts under the tree. It's so special!
If you have a theme park ticket for
Magic Kingdom Park on November 9 and 10, you can expect to enjoy full days there. If you do not have a date-based ticket, you may need a Theme Park Reservation to visit Magic Kingdom Park on those dates. Be sure to review the
Theme Park Reservations page on the Walt Disney World Resort website to see if you need a to make a reservation based on your ticket type and the dates of your visit.
Magic Kingdom Park is open late in the evening on November 9 and 10. Be sure to give yourself a mid-day break so you have the energy to enjoy the late-night atmosphere! That may mean enjoying a leisurely meal at a table-service restaurant like
Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen or
sitting down for a few shows like Country Bear Musical Jamboree and Mickey's PhilharMagic. Or it may mean grabbing a yummy snack (DOLE Whip, Mickey Soft Pretzel, fresh popcorn - so many choices!) and find an empty park bench for a little while!
I hope this was helpful, Rachel. Please let us know if you have any other questions about the Walt Disney World Resort! We'd love to help you plan a magical visit.
