Coming 9/26-10/3 staying at CBR in a pirate room. Recently had a knee injury and have a hard time with stairs. What is the best way to put in and receive a room location (1st floor) request? Thank you!!

    Hello Angela!

I'm sorry to hear about your injury. It sounds like a magical visit to Walt Disney World is just what you need!

You will definitely want to call the Caribbean Beach Resort to make a first floor room request because as you may already know there are no elevators at this resort. Call the resort about a week prior to your check-in date at 407-934-3400, and they will transfer you to a cast member who can take note of your request. While requests can't be guaranteed, be sure to mention your knee injury and the resort staff will do their very best to assign you a room on the first floor.

I wish you a fabulous vacation - only a few weeks to go!
