We are coming in for a stay in November and can not wait. My oldest daughter is lactose intolerant. Do the shops at resorts (we are staying at Port Orleans Riverside this time) carry any lactose free milks? Or non dairy alternatives such as almond milk?

    Hello Maura!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

The Walt Disney World Resort Hotels have a gift shop marketplace with grab and go food and drink items. They almost all have Soy milk available and more recently I’ve seen rice milk as well. My son is Dairy and Soy free, so having the rice milk option was very handy during our last stay! We used to purchase our own off property and now no longer have to.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you are planning your visit.

    See you real soon!
