Hi Lucy! Welcome to planDisney today!
There's no better way to beat the January blues than with a magical trip to Walt Disney World! I completely understand wanting to start planning your itinerary in advance.
Typically,
showtimes for parades and live performances are released about two months in advance, so I’d suggest checking back around mid-November for the most up-to-date schedules. In the meantime, I’d love to share some of my must-see shows with you:
Voices of Liberty is an incredible acapella performance in the American Adventure Pavilion at EPCOT that harmonises classic Americana songs. It’s a relaxed show that never fails to give me goosebumps! Performances run throughout the day, and you can check specific times in the My Disney Experience app once you’re there.
For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration. This delightful show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is perfect for the whole family. It's genuinely very funny and who can resist singing along to that final number!
Regarding ride closures, the main attraction likely to be closed during your visit is
Test Track at EPCOT, as it's currently being reimagined. However, these plans can change, so it’s a good idea to stay updated by checking the Disney Parks Blog or the Walt Disney World Travel Company website for the latest news.
It's also worth noting that there are exciting enhancements across Walt Disney World, which could impact ride availability. This might be your last chance to experience Frontierland as it currently stands before the transformation begins to create an all-new land dedicated to Disney Villains! If you’re interested, I recently shared
more details about these exciting developments with another Guest.
I hope this helps with your planning! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to pop back to us at planDisney. Enjoy your magical trip!
Louise
