Hi! We are coming to stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani in October - in a One Bedroom Suite. It says it sleeps up to 5 people in the room, and I see a pull out sofabed, and also a chair bed. Is it possible to have one extra person (kid) in the room

Hello and welcome back to planDisney, Amy! Just as Zazu was Mufasa's most trusted advisor, we here at planDisney are ready to serve YOU!

Amy, my family and I stayed at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas- Kidani Village just this past August and loved this resort. Being able to walk outside and see over 30 different species of animals roaming the savanna was... well, MAGICAL!

Amy, another Magical part of Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas- Kidani Village is the accommodations. From Deluxe Studio rooms to 3-Bedroom Grand Villas, there is really something for every party. Since it looks like you may be traveling with six guests, the official word from Disney Vacation Club is that for a unit that sleeps up to five guests, that means you are permitted to have five guests plus one infant under the age of three years. Amy, should the sixth guest be over the age of three, I suggest taking a look at the 2-Bedroom Villa options. These offer 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, 1 queen-size sleeper sofa and 1 sleeper chair.

Amy, I hope this information helps as you're dreaming about your next trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth (and determining sleeping arrangements). If you have any other questions, please head on back to planDisney faster than Scar running from the angry hyenas.

Wishing you "no worries for the rest of your days,"
    Lauren
