We are coming to All Star Music in September 2018. Is the service your way program still in effect and will we qualify? If I choose to decline housekeeping do I need to call the hotel before I arrive?

    Hi Janie!

I'm excited to see that you're coming back home, and so soon! September is a great time to be at Walt Disney World Resort. You can play the day away in the brand new Toy Story Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios or check out the Global Marketplaces at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Don't forget to get your tickets to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!

All guests who are staying in a Value or Moderate Disney Resort Hotel for at least two nights are more than welcome to participate in Disney's Service Your Way program. By opting in, you're declining daily Mousekeeping services for every day in exchange for a $10 Disney eGift Card for every night of your stay minus one. (The minus one is due to the cleaning your room will receive upon your checkout day.) So a four-night stay would be a $30 gift card, a seven-night stay would be $60, etc. And great news, you'll be able to request more towels and bath amenities as you need them.

Those wishing to participate should notify a Front Desk Cast Member upon check-in. Guests who utilized Online Resort Check-In can also opt in by swinging by the front desk up to a few hours after their arrival. Guests who choose to participate will receive their eGift Card in its total amount for all nights almost immediately, which they can then use immediately too!

We'll See You Real Soon, Janie!
