    We will be coming this Spring to Disney World. We will be staying at PO Riverside. We are going to Animal Kingdom the first day. Where is the nearest place we can pick up our Photo Pass? We are not going to Downtown Disney.

    Hi Sheila,

    Welcome to the moms panel.  Disney's PhotoPass service is a wonderful way to document your vacation and keep those magical memories forever. 

    The answer to your question depends on the type of PhotoPass you have purchased.  If you have pre-purchased Disney's PhotoPass+ and have recieved the voucher in the mail, you can pick up your PhotoPass+ card at Garden Gate Gifts right as you enter Disney's Animal Kingdom. If you have chosen Disney's PhotoPass option, you can go to any photographer located throughout the theme parks or resorts, request a card and start taking pictures. 

    When you arrive back home, you can view and purchase your photos online.  You will have to add your PhotoPass or PhotoPass+ card to your account and use the credit that will be in your cart to order your PhotoCD.  If you have the PhotoPass+ you will need to enter the code found in your pre-arrival package to order your PhotoCD.  Keep in mind, you will have 30 days to view and edit your photos before they expire on the website.
