    Hello! We are coming in September and have someone in our group celebrating a birthday! I have heard that if you eat dinner at the beasts castle you get the gray stuff for dessert! Can you get this if you eat lunch there also? Or is it just for dinner?

    Bonjour Candra,

    I have had the pleasure of dining at Be Our Guest for dinner and the Grey Stuff really is... well, DELICIOUS.  The Grey Stuff is actually not available on the menu and is usually brought to the table as a surprise for guest's celebrating a special occasion.  

    Although I have not yet dined at Be Our Guest during lunch, I have unfortunately, heard reports that the Grey Stuff is only feature during dinner service.  It seems that the dishes aren't the only ones to recommend this decadent, mousse-style dessert, as guests young and old have been raving about it since the restaurant's opening last December.  I hope, that due to increased popularity, the Grey Stuff will eventually make its way to a permanent location on both the lunch and dinner menus at Be Our Guest.
