We are coming there in September. We will be there for my 50th bday. I would like to do a character lunch but I am gluten free. What is the best character lunch that has gluten free?

    Greetings, Heather!

Congratulations on celebrating such a special occasion at the Walt Disney World Resort. Happy almost birthday to you!

I've visited quite a few times with my step-father who also chooses a gluten-free diet and I am always surprised at how many delicious options he has to choose from. Honestly, if there is a Character Dining Experience you'd really like to enjoy, I'd say go ahead with it as the Disney chefs will work with you to make sure you have a magical meal.

My personal favorite gluten-free Character Dining Experience was actually at The Garden Grill Restaurant in Epcot's Future World. Not only are the characters some of my favorites to mingle with, but the gluten-free options were incredible. We also like to ride Living with the Land before hand to see where much of our dinner comes from.

Mom Tip: Check out the Behind the Seeds Tour for a special look inside the greenhouses. It's super affordable and fascinating.

Have a pixie-dusted adventure, Heather, and please come see us if you need any other dining recommendations.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
