Hi, We are coming in Sept 2009.from Oz with a 4mnt and 2 yr old.Should hurricanes be a concern? Also due to luggage limits I need a pram.Is there a Walmart etc near WDW I could buy one? Is AS Movie ok for this age, do they have Kettle in rooms and fridges?

    Welcome Alicia,

Unfortunately the weather is one thing that Disney can't control!  September does fall during hurricane season, so that is certainly something to consider.  However, for my family we have found that the low crowd levels outweigh the hurricane threat.

Disney's All Star Movies resort is a great choice.  They do have refrigerators available, however there is an additional fee.  Kettles are not available.

Another option to consider would be Disney's All Star Music resort where they offer family suites.  The suites are larger and provide an additional bathroom, more living space and a kitchenette which includes a refrigerator, sink, coffee pot, and cabinet space.

There are Wal-Marts located nearby Walt Disney World.  Once you have made a decision as to the resort you will be staying at, a quick search on the Wal-Mart web site will offer the closest location.  None are within walking distance, a taxi-cab or rental car would be necessary.

Strollers are available for purchase in the Walt Disney World gift shops, I've always seen just one model of a folding umbrella stroller offered, but it's a great option when you need one!  There is also the opportunity to rent a stroller at the main entrance of each of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.

Your children are great ages to visit Walt Disney World, have a great trip!
