Patricia, I was so happy to answer this question as I love having a few essential groceries on hand for our vacations. It makes mornings so easy when we can have breakfast in our villa before
hitting the parks and when we get back, our snacks are waiting for us!
Now, since you specifically asked about Instacart, currently the stores available for shopping are Whole Foods Market, Publix, Costco and ABC Fine Wine & Spirits. Since Instacart is a third party entity, I can't guarantee availability, but will wish you luck in your shopping!
Patricia, once you've settled into your villa, if you notice you forgot any essentials, make sure to stop by
Moana Mercantile located at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort or
Conch Flats General Store located at Disney's Old Key West Resort. You'll find some basic grocery items at both of these locations. My family and I were at Disney's Old Key West Resort just last month and when we stopped by the Conch Flats General Store for more drinks, we just had to buy the cutest sweatshirts we found for our little boys!
