Hi, i am coming to Port Orleans Hotel for 2 weeks from 29th september, i have a 3yr old (well he's 4 when we are there), i am worried that he will fall out of bed as they are high. Can you get bed guards? and if so how and when do i ask for them. thanks.

Hi Debbie,

It's great to see a question from a fellow Brit!

All of the Disney resorts have a limited number of bed rails available upon request at no charge.

In order to increase your chances of getting one, I would recommend that you request one in advance of your trip. To do this, you will need to contact the company with whom you have booked your holiday and ask them to make a note on your file about your request.

Once you arrive in your room, all you need to do is call Housekeeping and they will deliver one to you.
