Hi Lynn!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question about Character Dining.
I'm excited to hear you've got a Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up! I'm sure you're counting down the days until June 20th. It's so much fun to finalize all the details of a Disney vacation, including choosing your dining options!
As part of Walt Disney World's phased reopening, a limited number of Character Dining experiences are available, and are offering a modified version of a typical Character meal. Your favorite Disney friends will still make appearances and tour the dining area, but at this time, will not visit individual tables for autographs and hugs. There are several Character Dining options to choose from, and this list is subject to change as more dining locations and offerings become available as Guests
Return to a World of Magic:
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera (Disney's Riviera Resort) - This restaurant with a gorgeous view, atop Disney's Riviera Resort, has one of the most delicious breakfast menus available. Guests can see Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck during this Character Breakfast - their outfits are amazing! (Character Dining is only available for breakfast seatings.)
Chef Mickey's (Disney's Contemporary Resort) - Guests dine in the center of the Contemporary Resort, right underneath whizzing monorails, as Mickey Mouse and his pals make appearances throughout the restaurant. With fun music and a delicious family-style meal, this experience is a favorite of Guests young and young at heart.
Hollywood & Vine (Disney's Hollywood Studios) - Disney Junior favorites like Vamperina and DocMcStuffins make the rounds at the fun-filled Disney Junior Play n' Dine breakfast. Lunch and Dinner seatings feature Minnie Mouse and her friends, dressed to the nines for each season.
Garden Grill Restaurant (Epcot) - Available for Lunch and Dinner only, Guests can enjoy family-style dining as they revolve around views of the
Living with the Land attraction, with visits from Chip 'n' Dale and their Disney pals. Fun fact: some of the vegetables served are grown right in the Living with the Land greenhouses!
While not listed as an "official" Character Dining experience, Beast has been known to make appearances during meals at
Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom Park.
Cinderella's Royal Table (Magic Kingdom Park) - The gorgeous restaurant, located inside Cinderella Castle, is available for dining, but currently does not offer a Character Dining experience.
I hope this helps with your planning! I encourage you to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for any announcements or updates regarding Character Dining Experiences. Please come back and visit us here at planDisney if you have more questions before your trip!
