We are coming over to orlando from Scotland in march. Wanting to purchase a 1 day magic kingdom ticket. How much roughly is a day ticket and do we just get this at guest relations at the park or do we go to ticket centre?

Hi Stacey and welcome to planDisney.

Excitement must be starting to build now that you are just a few weeks away from your trip. I'm so jealous!

I am happy to tell you that it is indeed possible to purchase a 1-day theme park ticket upon arrival at Walt Disney World. Tickets can be purchased from a Ticket Window or Guest Relations Window which you will find situated outside the entrance to each of the theme parks.

The cost of theme park tickets do vary depending on several factors including the actual date of your visit but, to give you an idea, the current cost of a 1-day ticket to the Magic Kingdom in March 2025 varies from $185.31 to $201.29 (including tax) per Adult (Ages 10+).

Top Tip - If you plan to visit Disney Springs prior to the date you wish to spend at the Magic Kingdom, I would highly recommend purchasing your tickets from the Ticket Center at Disney Springs. This way, you can have your tickets in hand, ready, on the day of your visit to the Magic Kingdom leaving you free to soak up every second of the magic without any delay, on arrival.

I hope that this has answered your question, Stacey. Please feel free to re-visit us here at planDisney if we can be of any further help with the planning of your trip.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
