We will be coming to Orlando in February with our daughter, who will be 17 months then. We are going to go to 2 or 3 parks but not sure which ones. I know definitely the MK but not sure it there would be more for her at Epcot or AK? What is best at her age

    Hi Melissa,

February is a great time to visit Walt Disney World.  The crowds are usually lower and the weather is mild. You will need a jacket in the evening.  The Magic Kingdom is a must.  You may want to spend two days there as the new Fantasyland will be open, and there will be so much to do!   I love both Animal Kingdom and Epcot.  I think for a 17 month old, I would recommend Animal Kingdom.  It is one of my family's favorite parks.  She will love Rafiki's Planet Watch at the Conservation Station.   A hands on interactive area is there for her to explore.  The Affection Section allows you to get close and interact with goats, sheep, llamas, and chickens.  My kids loved this when they were younger.  The Flights of Wonder is a 25 minute bird show that captures even the smallest children's attention.  The Kilimanjaro Safaris is a must for everyone.  You will be able to see zebra, giraffe, rhino, lions, and maybe a cheetah.  It is so much fun. When my kids were small, they always would fall asleep on this ride (no guarantees that yours will!)  In DinoLand U.S.A., the Boneyard is a kids playground where kids can explore and excavate dinosaur bones, climb through mazes and tunnels, and just run around and have fun!  The TriceraTop Spin which is right next to the Boneyard, is a chance to ride on a flying dinosaur.  Let me know if I can help you further, Melissa.  I know your vacation will be magical!
