California Grill

    We are coming to Orlando in February, and will be able to book dining for the right days very soon. If we wanted to watch the fireworks at California Grill, which time would we need to book a table for?

    Hello Sarah!

    My son and I love California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort! We have eaten there many times and had a fantastic meal every time. 

    Dinner at California Grill can take one and a half to two hours or longer, so if you make your Advanced Dining Reservation at least an hour to one hour and a half before Disney Enchantment Fireworks is scheduled to begin on that particular evening, you should be finished with your dinner at the perfect time. If you are dining at the California Grill for dinner and complete your meal before the Disney Enchantment fireworks are scheduled to begin, you can go back up to watch the fireworks on the balcony viewing areas with your dinner receipt for that evening. Just show your dinner receipt to the cast member running the special California Grill elevator (located by the check-in area for California Grill on the second floor), and they will let you ride up to watch the fireworks from the observation deck on the roof of Disney's Contemporary Resort according to my experience.
