Hi Larry,
You are staying at one of my favorite Disney Vacation Club resorts. I love the laid back feeling and Florida Keys theme at
Disney's Old Key West Resort.
I called and spoke with a cast member at Disney's Old Key West Resort, who let me know that there is not a computer and printer for guest use in the lobby of this resort. There are a couple of options for you, though. If you need access to a computer and printer while you are at Walt Disney World, you could visit one of the
Ricoh Business Centers at select Walt Disney World resorts. These can be found at Disney's Beach and Yacht Club Resorts, Disney's BoardWalk Inn, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. If you click on the link that I provided, you can see the services offered at these centers. Please be aware that there will be a fee associated with using the Ricoh Business Centers.
If you are looking to check into a flight and print your boarding pass, you also have the option of taking advantage of
Resort Airline Check-In Service. There is a location for this service at Disney's Old Key West Resort. It is wonderful. You can check into your flight and check your luggage right at your resort. You will receive your boarding passes and then you will not need to deal with your luggage again until you reach your home airport!
Check the link that I provided for further details and to be sure that your airline participates in Resort Airline Check-In Service. I hope that this information is helpful for you, Larry. Have a wonderful vacation!
