    Coming in Oct.staying 8 days and plan to do Food and Wine Festival. Any idea when reservations can be made for the Food and Wine Pairings?Called too late last year and all 3 locations were full. Would love to be able to do it this year.Thanks for your help

    The Food and Wine Festival is one of my favorite events, Sandra!  I've never had the opportunity to experience one of the Food and Wine Pairings, though doing so is definitely on my Disney bucket list.  Unfortunately the Moms don't have any insight as to when special events will be available for booking.  That said, I've learned that one of the best sources of information for all things new and newsworthy is the Disney Parks Blog.  I would expect to see details on all the Food and Wine Festival 2011 events released within the next six weeks or so, so be sure to keep checking the blog for updates!
