    Coming in October with 4 year old. Looking at Pirate League. Is my son too young to like this? Is there still a Jake & Neverland Pirate option? He is not a fan of makeup on his face, so not sure if he will like it. About how long is the experience last

    Hi Kristin!

    It sounds like you have a Disney Junior fan in your household just like me!  On my recent May vacation my 4 year-old son experienced The Pirates League for the very first time and choose the Jake and The Never Land Pirates package.   My son is very shy and was a little taken aback by all the hustle and bustle inside of the shop, but as soon a veteran Pirate started interacting with him during his makeover he gladly opted to join Captain Jack's Crew.     The Jake and the Never Land Pirates options does include a Jake facial effect which does require makeup.   If your son is uncomfortable with this they can complete the look without it.  But once he interacts with the Cast Members and sees how much fun it is, I am sure he will want to look just like his favorite Captain Hook fighting pirate hero.  

    The Pirates League experience will last about 30-45 minutes and each moment will be full of wonderful stories and interaction.   I do recommend that you make advanced reservations for this experience by calling (407) WDW-STYLE, or (407) 939-7895.   I wouldn't want your little pirate to miss out on the swashbuckling good fun at The Pirates League.  Please let us know when we can help you out again.   We love to help Guests have the most magical time possible while on a Disney Parks vacation.
