    Hi Moms! Coming in October with husband, daughter 8, and son 5. Staying at BLT. What are some "cannot be missed" character dining and table service experiences?

    Oh, Kristyn!

    What a lovely question---because I think everything is not to be missed! With an 8 and 5 year old, you've got prime ages for loving EVERYTHING!

    Here are a few of my non-character favorites:

    Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue at Fort Wilderness {an interactive, delicious, hilarious, musical show that will delight ALL ages}

    50's Prime Time Cafe
    at Hollywood Studios {American comfort food and the funniest waitstaff ever!}

    And some fun character meals:

    Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort {a fun meal with the Fab 5}

    Princess Storybook Dining at Norway in Epcot {a must if you have a princess in your family!}

    If you search for "best character dining" on the Mom's Panel you'll see other great suggestions, too. I know it sounds trite, but you really can't go wrong! All the meals are magical!

    Don't forget to go ahead and get reservations by calling 407-WDW-DINE (939-3463) up to 180 days before your trip.
