Hi Summer,
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. And first things first—a happily ever after congratulations is in order as you celebrate your anniversary! What a truly enchanting way to mark the occasion with a royal evening at
Victoria & Albert’s. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there, and we still talk about the evening like it was a page right out of a fairytale. The food was absolutely exquisite, the Cast Members were as attentive as Fairy Godmothers, and the coffee service at the end with the siphon coffee pot felt like a little bit of Disney magic brewed just for us. If you’re coffee lovers, I highly recommend ending your royal feast with it!
Now, let’s wave our magic wand and get to your
Capture the Moment question. According to the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, you should be just fine for your photoshoot. The main things to keep in mind are that Disney asks Guests not to wear costumes or
floor-length gowns inside the theme parks. Also, note that clothing with multiple layers may be subject to search upon entry—but otherwise, your attire sounds practically perfect for a portrait session fit for a king and queen.
One little tip from me: depending on your shoes, you may want to bring along a comfortable pair for walking between your royal portraits. That way, you’ll feel like Cinderella at the ball—without worrying about leaving a glass slipper behind.
Summer, I hope your anniversary is everything a storybook ending should be. If you have any more questions, feel free to visit us again.
Wishing you a happily ever after,
Christina
